Auto archiving saves all incoming and outgoing mails - so you will never miss an important mail again. All it requires is a setup for your exchange server.
The difference between Auto Archiving and Mail Archiving
Auto archiving
Archiving of all mails, through your exchange server. Now you will never be missing a mail that should not have been deleted. All mails are saved and the administrator can retrieve auto archived mails via MARS backend.
Mail archiving
A manual archiving of mails, through your MARS plugin. When you use Mail Archiving, the archived mail becomes available in the Timeline and directly on the project. In addition, MARS creates the project, contact person and company for you for future use when you use Mail Archiving.
Control over permissions
Not everyone needs access to all mails. In MARS, the administrator can manage permissions, deciding who should be able to search through auto archived mails or be limited to manually archived mails.
Standard integration to Orbit
Orbit is a process management tool developed for the construction industry. The solution brings together and digitises the bidding process, resource planning and project execution in a single platform.
All mails will be available in the CRM, in the project file structure and of course on the shared drive.
Open API for your IT landscape
We provide a well-documented API so you can store your mail communication in your favourite document management system.
All mails will also be available in the MARS backend, so you can still benefit from the advanced search engine.
